To ensure the well-being of all guests and the best organization, we ask that you pay attention to our reservation, stay, pet and cancellation policies.
Cancellation
Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 8,078/1990 (CDC), it is possible to cancel up to 7 days after making the reservation online or by telephone, after which the amount paid will not be refunded.
Markdown
The reservation may be used for future accommodation within a period of up to 6 months, except on holidays/celebration dates/festive dates, e.g.: New Year's Eve, Carnival, Christmas, etc.
No-show
No-show: in case of no-show, the accommodation will be available for up to 24 hours after the day of check-in and the amount paid will not be refunded.
Pet
To ensure adequate and safe accommodation for everyone, we charge a fee of R$60.00 per stay in the case of pets.
Quantity allowed
Only one pet is allowed per accommodation.
Responsible coexistence
The owner must pick up the pet's waste and keep it on a leash in common areas.
Repair costs
In case of damage to property, the guardian/guest responsible will be responsible for covering the costs.
Children
According to Law No. 8,069/1990, accommodation for minors under 18 years of age is only permitted with authorization or accompaniment from parents or legal guardians, thus ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
We offer free accommodation for children aged 0 to 6, as long as they use their parents' bed or the beds already available in the accommodation, providing more comfort for the whole family.
For children aged 7 and over, we apply the standard rate, ensuring a stay suitable for all ages.
Payments
We accept Pix for your convenience, in addition to credit cards.
Booking confirmation
To confirm the reservation, full payment of the total amount is required.
Installment
Payment in up to 10 installments on your credit card, with interest.
Restricted cancellation
On holidays, festive periods and national, state or local commemorative dates, reservations and packages are non-refundable.
Breakfast
We do not serve breakfast, but our accommodations are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove and household utensils, so you can prepare your meals comfortably and conveniently during your stay.
